Common Reasons Why the Humidifier Stops Working:

Too much water above the
maximum water line.

Solution: Ensure water does not exceed the red water level line.

Water
droplets are coming out of the diffuser during operation.

Solution: Ensure the baffles are properly installed.

Small rectangular baffles on
either side of the water tank may have come off or become stuck in the
slots at the top.

Solution: Remove and reinstall the baffles correctly.

Water droplets inside the
C-type charging port.

Solution: Wipe away any excess water with a paper towel and use a
hair dryer to dry the area thoroughly.

Using a low-powered USB port
(such as from an electrical outlet or a computer).

Solution: Use a charger with a minimum power output of 5V-2A.
Connecting to low-power USB ports may cause the diffuser to automatically
shut down or produce low mist.

Low fan power or insufficient
power supply due to improper charger use.

Solution: Ensure you are using a 5V-2A charger for proper
operation. Using a lower-power charger will result in misting issues or
automatic shutdown.

The diffuser is not placed on a
level surface, and the bottom airflow is blocked by the table.

Solution: Check for dust buildup on the bottom fan and clean it if
necessary. Also, ensure the water level is not too high, as this can
contribute to increased noise.

No mist when the fog light
switch is not activated.

Solution: The diffuser has two separate buttons—one for the light
and one for the mist. Ensure you press the second button to activate the
mist mode. Simply turning on the light will not produce mist.
